Shannon Byrne-Custer has over 20 years of experience helping small businesses grow. With a background in technology and a passion for corporate culture, she blends a focus on people, processes, and technology to support internal operations. In her role as Director of Employee Engagement, her job is to balance being one of the fastest growing federal contracting companies in the area with being voted one of the best places to work. Shannon graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems.
