Marcin Paduch

Marcin Paduch has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology industry. Marcin is currently the Vice President and Head of Platform Biology at Metaphore Biotechnologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Executive Advisor at Stealth Mode Biotech. Marcin also served as the Executive Director of Discovery Sciences and Technology at xilis, and as the Director of Technology Development at ArsenalBio. Additionally, Marcin has held roles as the Director of Assay Development and Automation at System1 Biosciences, Senior Staff Scientist at GRAIL, Inc., and Director of Recombinant Antibody Network and Director of Synthetic Antibody & Crystallography Core Facility at the University of Chicago. Marcin began their career as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Chicago and later worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia.

Marcin Paduch has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wroclaw. Marcin also holds a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Biotechnology from the same university.
