Brian Grace

Brian Grace is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Metaplex Foundation since October 2023, and as a Founding Member of The L Suite, a peer community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels, since January 2023. Previously, Brian held positions as General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel at Metaplex Studios from April 2022 to October 2023, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Waymaker LLP from October 2015 to April 2022, specializing in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Brian Grace earned a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law between 2012 and 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA from 2007 to 2011.
