Reb Vinson has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. In 2006, they started working as a Cashier at Chuck E. Cheese and later moved on to Consolidated Theaters - Kahala, where they worked as Talent. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Assistant Manager at Govinda's Vegetarian Food. In 2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Career Services at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. They then joined Bed Bath & Beyond as a Customer Service Representative from 2012 to 2013. In the same period, they also worked at Spoons and Spice as a Customer Service Representative. Reb Vinson joined MetaSource in 2013 and took up multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative, Call Center Supervisor/Trainer/Quality Analyst, and currently as a Client Services Manager. They left MetaSource briefly in 2018 to work as a Data Services Specialist at AdvancedMD. However, they returned to MetaSource in 2019, where they continue to work as a Client Services Manager.

Reb Vinson's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Kapiʻolani Community College. During this time, they pursued a degree in Liberal General Studies. In 2009, Reb transferred to the University of Hawaii at Manoa to further their education in English Language and Literature, General. They completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011.

Following this, Reb Vinson pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications at the University of Utah from 2013 to 2019. They successfully obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Strategic Communications in 2018.
