Scott K Brailsford started their work experience as a Network Administrator at Blue Mountain Academy from March 2008 to February 2010.

In September 2011, they joined MetaSource as a Loan Verification Specialist / Help Desk Support, providing support for loan application verification and customer advisement. Scott K also served as Level II Support for Synapse, a magazine distributor.

From November 2012 to May 2015, Scott worked as a Quality Lead at MetaSource, overseeing the monitoring and correction of medical record claims for a national insurance company. Scott K also developed a Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for Basware clients.

In May 2015, they briefly served as a Client Services Manager Assistant at MetaSource before transitioning to an IT Helpdesk role in July 2015. In this position, Scott performed new employee account creation and handled technical support requests.

Finally, Scott became a System Engineer at MetaSource in July 2017. In this role, they provided front line application and systems support for the call center, data entry, and mortgage services industries. Scott K also facilitated software integration and setup for new on-boarded companies.

Scott K Brailsford began their education by attending Everest College-West Valley City from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Information Technology. Scott K then pursued a CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician program at Dixie Technical College in 2008. Scott later attended Salt Lake Community College from 2013 to 2017, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree and an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Their educational journey culminated at Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Scott K Brailsford obtained several certifications. These include a Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) in January 2022, an ITIL Foundation Level [CB] certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2021, a Cloud Essentials certification from CompTIA in February 2018, a Network Pro certification from TestOut Corporation in April 2017, a CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA in January 2022, a CompTIA Network+ ce certification from CompTIA in July 2021, and an A+ certification from CompTIA in December 2017.
