Anne Herold

Anne Herold began their work experience as a Program Manager at PTC in 1996, where they successfully managed software and service delivery projects for various industries. Anne then transitioned to become the PMO Europe Director, leading a team of 40 Project Management professionals and implementing organizational and process changes to enhance project delivery efficiency. In 2009, Anne became the Director of European Professional Services at PTC, overseeing business development and project delivery excellence.

In 2012, Anne joined Autodesk as the Global PMO Director - Customer Success Services. Anne established the Program Management Office from scratch, managing a team of 50 Project Management professionals located worldwide. Anne was responsible for implementing global processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

Most recently, Anne joined Metaswitch Networks in 2019 as the Head of Program Management Office. Metaswitch is a leading cloud native communications software company, and Anne leads the Program Management Office, ensuring innovative communication services are delivered to clients across the globe.

Anne Herold holds an MBA degree in Business from Aston University. Anne also has an M.Eng. degree in Engineering and a BSc Class 1 degree in Engineering, both from Brunel University London. In addition to their degrees, Anne has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
