Michael Lively

Michael Lively is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in project management, engineering, and customer support. Currently serving as a Professional Services Engineering Manager at Metaswitch Networks, Michael leads a team responsible for the design and deployment of Metaswitch products for major telecommunications carriers, managing project budgets and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. Previously at Microsoft, Michael managed projects for Fortune 500 clients, including the deployment of a large-scale VoLTE network. With extensive experience in customer support and engineering across various companies, including Cox Communications and TeleBarbados, Michael has a proven track record in managing complex telecommunications projects and enhancing customer relationships. Michael holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Valdosta State University.
