Prabhu Jothilingam

Prabhu J has extensive experience in recruitment and technical roles, currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Metasys Technologies, Inc. since June 2016, where Prabhu achieved the Employee of the Year Award in 2020 and excelled in securing the highest number of starts and overall net margin. Previously held the role of Recruitment Manager at the same company, earning Employee of the Year in 2021. Prior to Metasys, Prabhu worked as a Technical Recruiter at Tenpath from May 2013 to June 2016, focusing on sourcing qualified candidates and understanding client job orders. Beginning a career at Veisa Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Database Administrator from January 2011 to December 2012, Prabhu contributed to the SECC-2011 project organized by the Government of India, focusing on Linux Network Administration and MySQL Database Administration. Prabhu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai, obtained in 2010.
