Pearl Chiu

Pearl Chiu currently serves as COO at Mind Lab 56, a company-creation studio focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology innovations like generative AI to develop enterprise solutions and launch new software startups. Previously, Pearl held the position of Vice President of Operations and COO at Chisel AI, where responsibilities included scaling operations and addressing various challenges during the pandemic. Pearl also served as Chief People Officer at OneEleven 111, focusing on developing services for startups, and held the role of Vice President of Operations at NexJ Systems Inc., delivering enterprise CRM solutions to leading financial institutions.
