Joel Lalgee is a recruitment expert with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. As the Founder and Lead Recruiter at The Realest Recruiter since July 2020, Joel combines advanced technology with traditional recruiting methods to connect with top talent. Current roles include Ambassador for Betterleap and Metaview, and Chief Buddy Officer at EQ app, focusing on community building for recruiters. At Hirewell, Joel serves as Lead Recruiter managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, as well as overseeing business development strategies. Formerly a Senior Consultant at Titus Talent Strategies, Joel has a demonstrated history of mentoring and managing recruitment efforts at various levels in both small and large organizations. Additionally, Joel is recognized for leadership in talent acquisition initiatives as Global TA Day Chair for ATAP and as a Founding Member of the Talent Champions Council.
