Nolan Church

Nolan Church is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as an Advisor at Metaview and a Podcaster for the HR Heretics Podcast, Church has a strong background as the Co-Founder and CEO of Continuum, where $14 million was raised to establish a talent marketplace for executives. Previous leadership roles include CEO of FairComp, Chief People Officer at Carta, and Head of Talent at DoorDash, where significant contributions to talent management and company growth were made. Early career experiences include recruitment at Google and marketing program management at Apollo Group. Church holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of New Orleans.
