Charlie Dinges, CISSP, CySA

Charlie Dinges, CISSP, CySA, has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Charlie started their career as a Deployment Engineer at mindSHIFT in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Charlie then joined Olmsted Medical Center as a Systems Administrator in 2011, where they stayed until September 2015. After that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Boonya Systems from October 2015 to 2018. Currently, Charlie is employed as a Network Engineer at Metafile Information Systems, Inc. starting from 2018.

Charlie Dinges, CISSP, CySA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, which was obtained from Western Governors University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In terms of additional certifications, Charlie has acquired numerous credentials. These include the CompTIA Project+ Certification, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CIW Web Security Associate, ITIL IT Service Management, Certified Internet Web Professional Web Foundations Associate (CIW), CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP Stackable Certification, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, which was obtained in November 2019.

Charlie Dinges has also obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification, and CompTIA Server+ Certification. Additionally, they have achieved the MCDST certification from Microsoft and the Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
