Jose Bañuelos

Jose Bañuelos has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jose started their career as a Reliability Engineer at COMSA MEXICO SA DE CV, where they assisted with maintenance activities and conducted root cause analysis.

Jose then worked as a Mechanical Engineer intern at Williams International, where they led a team in product design, implemented new machining and fabrication processes, and introduced quality assurance metrics.

After that, Jose worked as a Product Engineer at Magna International, specializing in automotive parts manufacturing. Jose was responsible for product specifications, BOM management, and interpreting drawings with GD&T specifications.

Next, they joined Walbar Engine Components LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, supporting production lines, managing new product development projects, and implementing processes on the ERP system.

Most recently, Jose worked as an Operations Manager at Grupo CAMIBA Transportations. Jose was in charge of logistics and coordination of the truck fleet, ensuring efficiency and safety. Jose also supervised personnel and implemented work processes for fleet reliability.

Currently, Jose is working as a Senior Product Design Engineer at MetaVRse, where they are involved in adapting 3D machinery to a VR environment, developing user manuals, and performing 3D modeling.

Jose Bañuelos earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hermosillo Institute of technologies from 2010 to 2015. Jose then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from Hermosillo Institute of technology from 2016 to 2018.
