Katherine Watkinson

Katherine Watkinson is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, having held various managerial and consultancy roles across multiple organizations. At Metcash, Katherine serves as the Learning and Development Manager, previously holding the position of Learning and Development Consultant. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Lendlease as a Capabilities Consultant and held several leadership roles, including Group eLearning & Technology Training Manager and Group Learning Consultant. Katherine's experience also includes serving as National Training Manager at SolarShop, Learning and Development Coordinator at the same company, Team Leader for the Learning Team at Vodafone, and Senior Training Manager at Digicall. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from the University of the Sunshine Coast, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and completed a program at Peter Berry Consultancy in 2020.
