Simon Burton

Simon Burton is an experienced executive with a robust background in strategy and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Metcash since June 2022, Simon is responsible for implementing the company's strategy and overseeing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Previously, Simon held leadership roles at Maximus International, Lion, Partners in Performance, Momentum Partners, Bupa, Dresdner Kleinwort, McKinsey & Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble, gaining extensive expertise in business development, strategic planning, and performance improvement. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and has also studied at the University of Göttingen.
