Achille Baulny

Achille Baulny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Esker since September 2025, Baulny previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the COO and Business Transformation Director at Infovista from April 2021 to September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at EY-Parthenon from September 2016 to April 2021, where Baulny progressed through ranks from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant. Earlier roles included CIB Consulting at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking in 2015 and a Consultant position at EY in 2014. Achille Baulny holds a Double Degree Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, completed in 2016, and a Pre-Business administration degree from Lycée Gustave Eiffel, Bordeaux, France, culminating in 2012.
