Diego Raigoza

Diego Raigoza has a significant amount of work experience in the field of technology and IT management. Diego is currently serving as the CIO Metecno de Colombia, where they are responsible for directing the organization's IT systems and innovation strategy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Integrated Management Systems at Acústica Integrada, where they were involved in strategic planning and infrastructure projects. Diego also previously held the position of CIO Metecno de Colombia from 2015 to 2019, where they demonstrated expertise in IT service management, project management, network administration, and team leadership. Before that, they worked as an Engineer at Emtelco, specializing in network engineering and data center analysis. Diego's career also includes experience as a missionary, where they served as a minister of worship and aimed to spread hope and peace globally. Over the years, Diego has developed extensive knowledge and provided IT consulting services in various projects across Metecno Latin America.

Diego Raigoza completed their Master's degree in Digital Business Strategy from Universidad ICESI from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Corporación Universitaria de Ciencia y Desarrollo, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Diego also obtained a certification in IT Service Management ITIL from Pink Elephant in December 2007.
