Orna Gil-Bar Shir

Orna Gil-Bar Shir has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. From 1994 to 1996, they served as an Organizational Consultant and Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University while also working in the Israel Defense Forces. From 1996 to 2000, they were the HR Manager at CA Technologies (previously Memco). Here, they managed HR infrastructures and was responsible for the acquisition process and integrating the acquired companies with the mother company. From 2000 to 2009, they were the VP of HR at Optibase, where they were responsible for organizational processes, recruitment, and compensation and benefits. Finally, from 2009 to 2020, they were a HR Consultant at Shir Projects, where they led the whole HR aspects for a (semi) global start-up company, collaborated with the local executive team, and led significant organizational processes.

Orna Gil-Bar Shir's education history includes a Certificate of Mediation from Gevim in 2004, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Tel Aviv University between 1993 and 1998, and a course in Interior Designing from Ultima in 2010.
