Enrique Onrubia Sobrino

Enrique Onrubia Sobrino is an experienced engineer specializing in hydrology and environmental projects. Currently, Enrique has been working at Meteologica S.A. since July 2004, focusing on hydraulic restoration and river studies. Previously, Enrique served as a professor at the Colegio de Ingenieros de Montes from 2002 to 2011, teaching hydrological modeling courses. Enrique's early career includes work as a research and development engineer in the environmental and energy sectors from 2003 to 2004 and as a hydrology intern at ETSI Montes from 2001 to 2003. Educational achievements include a doctorate in Forestry Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a postgraduate course in River Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with a degree in Forestry Engineering and a completed first year in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.
