Jamie Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jamie started their career in 1987 as a Systems Analyst at British Aerospace. From there, they worked as an Analyst Programmer at Autofile and later as an MIS Analyst at Going Places Leisure Travel. In 2002, they became an OFA Consultant at LloydsTSB, followed by a role as a Support Executive (VP) at JP Morgan Chase in 2003. Jamie then joined Unilever as a Financial MI Consultant, where they implemented and supported a Financial MI system. In 2006, they became an MIS Consultant at Accenture, specializing in ETL design and process design for data conversion. Jamie'smost recent role was at Meteor Asset Management, where they started as an IT Manager responsible for various IT projects, strategy formulation, and relationship management. Jamie then progressed to the role of IT Director.
Jamie Carr attended Kingston University from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an HND in Electronic Engineering. Prior to that, Jamie attended Beacon School Crowborough from 1978 to 1985. Jamie also holds additional certifications, including a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained in 2009, and an MCTS SQL Server 2005 certification from Microsoft, obtained in 2009.
