Anna Gangdal

Anna Gangdal serves as a Senior Advisor and Controller at Meteorologisk institutt since September 2025. Prior to this role, Anna has significant experience with Espresso House Group, where positions included Finance Business Partner, Performance Analyst, HR Operations, District Manager, Training Manager, New Opening Coordinator, Coffee Shop Manager, Shift Leader, and Barista from August 2016 to September 2025. In the Finance Business Partner role, Anna was part of the FP&A team for the Norwegian market and expanded responsibilities across the Nordics and Germany, also representing the finance department in the Norwegian leadership group since 2022. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in June 2024.
