Morten Salomonsen

Morten Salomonsen has work experience as a Senior Engineer at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, starting in November 1999. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining software for processing data from weather radars and distributing products. The programming was done in a Unix/Linux environment, including UNIX network programming. The software was written in C/C++ and Python and operated in a 24/7 environment. Prior to this, Morten worked as a System Administrator at Norsk Regnesentral from an unknown start date to 1998.

Morten Salomonsen completed their Bachelor's Degree from Agder Ingeniør- og Distriktshøgskole from 1986 to 1989. After that, they pursued further education and obtained their Master's Degree in Informatikk from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 1989 and 1994.
