Andy Honeycutt

Mr. Honeycutt has provided professional services to municipal and utility organizations throughout his entire career, with 25 years of management experience in the public and private sectors. He has received intensive training in utility operations at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Boston College’s Institute of Corporate Community Involvement.

Mr. Honeycutt has provided executive project leadership and management for local government clients with a focus in utility operations, organizational design, change management, contract negotiations, meter solution design and advanced metering installations.
