Benjamin Yenicek

Benjamin Yenicek is an experienced professional in metallurgical engineering and management with a strong background in the metals industry. Currently serving as the Melt and Raw Materials Manager at Metglas, Inc., since June 2012, Benjamin oversees a team of supervisors and hourly employees, managing significant capital equipment and focusing on key performance indicators such as safety, cost, and productivity. Previous roles include Senior Quality Engineer at Kaydon Corporation and Process Engineer at ThyssenKrupp Stainless, among others, demonstrating a proven track record of process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
