Irene Carney

Irene Carney is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Projects Accountant at Methanex Corporation since November 2019, Irene has extensive experience in financial oversight. Prior to this role, Irene worked at EXCEL USA from May 2009, holding several positions, including Staff Accountant, Cost Control Engineer for CF Industries OSBL Expansion and DOW Chemical - Samsung/Mitsui Project Falcon, and Payroll Administrator at Hovensa Oil Refinery. Earlier experience includes a position as a Tax Accountant at James T. Carney, PLLC from August 2008 to March 2009. Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida, obtained in 2008.
