Mauricio Hoyos

Mauricio Hoyos is a versatile professional in the fields of photography, writing, and direction, with significant experience in visual effects and commercial projects. Currently serving as a VFX Data Capture at Method Studios since March 2020, Mauricio is also engaged in still photography and filmmaking through personal ventures at mauriciohoyos.com. Notable achievements include working on commercials for renowned companies such as Disney Channel, Lexus, and Toyota, along with directing campaigns for various brands. An early achiever, Mauricio authored a graphic novel at the age of 11 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cinematography and Film/Video Production, as well as Creative Writing, from California State University, Northridge.
