Althea Alviar Lee, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently, as Vice President of Talent at Methode Electronics, Althea leads global talent functions, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition for the US and Canada. Prior roles include Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at CME Group, where Althea developed talent management strategies, and Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, focusing on recruiting transformations and leadership development. Althea holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul University and a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
