Steven Miazga

Steven Miazga is an experienced HR operations leader currently serving as Global Director - HR Operations at Methode Electronics since September 2025. Prior to this, Steven held multiple positions at Plex, by Rockwell Automation, including Sr. Manager of Business Systems, overseeing Salesforce and Workday systems, and Lead Workday Systems Architect, leading a comprehensive ERP implementation. Steven's career includes significant roles at Flagstar Bank as HRIS and Payroll Director, at Crain Communications as HRIS Manager, and at TI Automotive, also as HRIS Manager. With foundational experience as a consultant and programmer analyst at various organizations, Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Madonna University.
