Adam Jaurigui is a seasoned medical social worker with extensive experience in healthcare and community support. Currently serving at Glendora Community Hospital since June 2014 and as a per diem medical social worker at Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Adam specializes in discharge planning, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and psychosocial assessments, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts. Additionally, Adam has been a group facilitator at the Community Justice Center since January 2010, providing victim impact classes for incarcerated youth, and served as a case manager/therapist at Taller San Jose, where job training services were offered to low-income individuals facing social barriers.
