Brittany Motlow has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brittany started their career in 2010 at Baptist Memorial Health Care, where they worked as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Resource Nurse. In this role, they provided direct patient care, served as a charge nurse, and mentored and trained other nurses.

In 2012, Motlow moved on to work at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. Here, they provided direct patient care for pediatric patients and mentored and trained new graduate nurses.
