Michelle Lesley

Michelle Lesley is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in revenue cycle management and patient financial services. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Accounts at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare since July 2023, Michelle previously held the role of Revenue Cycle Operations Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Baptist Memorial Health Care as a PFS Revenue Cycle Project Manager from September 2021 to July 2023, and served as the Manager of Patient Financial Services at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare from March 2017 to February 2023. Michelle's earlier experience includes a role as Staff Accountant at Sanctuary Hospice House Inc. and a lengthy tenure as Business Office Director at Baptist Memorial Hospital from December 1993 to November 2015. Michelle holds a high school diploma from South Pontotoc High School.
