Trey Crabb is the Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. In this role, he leads the healthcare system’s strategic relationships, identifies innovative new partners and enhances patient care services.

A trusted healthcare advisor for over 25 years, Trey has extensive strategic transaction experience with a significant focus on not-for-profit providers, payors and physician organizations. He has successfully negotiated hospital joint ventures, healthcare system operating agreements and partnerships between physician organizations and academic medical centers.

Trey joined MLH from New York-based Morgan Stanley, where he founded the firm’s national hospital and health systems merger and acquisition efforts. Prior to his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he served as managing director for Ziegler Investment Banking, based in Chicago.

A native Memphian, Trey holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and investment management from the University of Alabama, a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a master’s degree in business administration, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
