Courtney Keels

Courtney Keels has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Courtney started their career in 2013 at Dillard's Inc. where they worked as an Area Sales Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 18 people, oversaw multiple brands, and was responsible for various aspects of sales, training, goal-setting, and event planning.

In 2015, Courtney became an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields, a leading skincare brand. There, they played a key role in promoting and selling the products as part of the company's growth strategy.

Most recently, Courtney joined Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC) in 2016. Courtney started as a Senior Living Counselor, promoting and marketing the retirement community.
