Diletta's educational background includes a Certificate Program in Digital HR from AIHR and multiple Master of Science degrees in Business Administration from University of Rome Tor Vergata, an "Overseas" program from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and an "Erasmus +" program from Hanken School of Economics, alongside a Laurea triennale in Political Science from Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli.
