Quentin Spencer-Harper

Quentin Spencer-Harper is an experienced technology leader and co-founder of Meticulous, where Quentin serves as CTO since September 2022. Prior to this role, Quentin held various engineering leadership positions at Palantir Technologies over a decade, culminating in the role of Foundry Frontend Engineering Lead. Earlier in the career, Quentin interned as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir and contributed to software development at Halarose, notably designing the eVoting system for shareholder voting. Additionally, Quentin founded Q-Design, focusing on web development and applications, including hazard recognition software. Quentin holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Oxford.
