Kristin Bakke Romsaas

Kristin Bakke Romsaas currently serves as a board member at Bergknapp AS since June 2022. As Chief Operating Officer and executive director at Metier since August 2008, Kristin leads management consulting initiatives, specializing in strategy and business improvement programs, project management processes, and portfolio management. Kristin holds several certifications, including Prince2®, MSP, and PROSCI. Prior experience includes roles as a project manager at GE Healthcare, focusing on process improvement through technology, and as a research scientist/project manager at Amersham Health, where contributions included analytical development and compliance with GMP regulations. Kristin earned a Cand Scient degree in Biotechnology - molecular biology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in 1998.
