Michael Christophersen

Michael Christophersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Their most recent role was as a Sales Director Digital - Private Sector at Metier OEC, where they were responsible for sales, business development, and major clients. Prior to that, they held the position of Client and Business Development Manager ICT - Private Sector at the same company. Michael also worked as a Sales Manager - Financial Services at Metier OEC.

Before joining Metier OEC, Michael worked at Experis Norge as a Sales and Delivery Manager IT Consulting, Consulting Manager IT, and Advisor. Michael also had a brief role as an Advisor at Elan IT Resource AS.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Rådgiver - Research og Analyse at Visindi AS and Bonaventura. Michael began their career as a Candidatebroker at Manpower Norge.

Michael Christophersen's educational history is as follows:

In 1999 to 2000, they attended BI Norwegian Business School and obtained a degree in Economics, specifically "Bedriftsøkonom."

From 2003 to 2003, Michael studied at Western Sydney University, focusing on Management and Psychology.

Michael then attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology.

In 2010, Michael enrolled at the BI Norwegian Business School again, this time for a Management Competence at Board Level program.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the following:

- In March 2013, they became a DNV GL certified Recruiter through training provided by DNV GL.

- In January 2017, Michael completed the "Prosjektledelse – oversikt og innsikt" certification program at Metier.

- In August 2017, they achieved the Prince 2 Foundation certification at Metier.

- Most recently, in April 2021, Michael obtained the MoP - Management of Portfolios certification from Metier OEC.
