Siv Avdal Hasle

Siv Avdal Hasle is a Senior Manager at Metier since August 2022, previously holding positions at Ramboll from February 2017 to August 2022 as a Seksjonsleder and Civil Engineer in Energy and Environment in Buildings. Prior experience includes a role as Process, Simulation, and Separation Engineer at GE Oil & Gas where responsibilities encompassed simulations for energy systems and technical analysis for early-phase customer projects. Siv was also part of the Edison Engineering Development Program at GE, focusing on leadership development through diverse rotations. Earlier in 2012, a Summer Internship at Statoil involved contributions to the "Innovative Gas Value Chain" project. Siv holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, an MBA from Handelshøgskolen, and has completed an Extension International Program in Mechanical Engineering at UC San Diego.
