Valentyn Romaniuk

Valentyn Romaniuk worked as a Junior specialist at CREDITWEST Bank, where they were involved in developing internal security documents and managing keys for the PKI infrastructure of the National Bank of Ukraine. They also worked as an intern at IBM, focusing on security assessment and risk management, while taking courses in cybersecurity, programming, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Currently, at Metinvest Digital, they work as a SOC Analyst in Tier 2, responsible for debugging rules, creating and testing new ones in SIEM QRadar, and investigating more complex cases escalated from Tier 1. They also develop mitigations for similar cases.
