Tara Trudnak Fowler currently serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Metis Associates since December 2024. Previously, Tara held various leadership positions at Altarum from November 2013 to November 2024, including Vice President of Population Health, Director of the Center for Healthy Women & Children, and Deputy Director of the Center for Military and Veterans Health. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Research Manager at Academy Health, Senior Program Associate at Fundacion Familia Sana, Research Associate and Instructor at the University of South Florida, and Program Coordinator at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Tara Trudnak Fowler earned a Ph.D. in Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of South Florida and holds an MPH in Global Health from the same institution, along with a B.A. in Anthropology from Muhlenberg College.
