Kristyn Houle, currently working as a Communications Coordinator at Métis National Council, previously held roles such as Project Administrator at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and Intervenor at DeafBlind Ontario Services. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, Kristyn has also interned at the Restorative Justice Unit and Collaborative Justice Program during their time at Correctional Service of Canada and Ottawa Courthouse respectively.

Métis National Council
The MNC represents the Métis Nation nationally and internationally. It receives its mandate and direction from the democratically elected leadership of the Métis Nation's governments from Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Specifically, the MNC reflects and moves forward on the desires and aspirations of these provincial Métis governments at a national and international level. Overall, the MNC's central goal is to secure a healthy space for the Métis Nation's on-going existence within the Canadian federation.
