Ada Kumar

Ada Kumar, MD, currently serves as Senior Medical Director for Medical and Scientific Imaging within Global Medical Affairs at Amgen since October 2023. Since July 2017, Ada Kumar has also been a Teleradiologist for MetisMD. From October 2017 to October 2023, Ada Kumar held the positions of Medical Director and Associate Medical Director in Global Medical Affairs at Horizon. Previous roles include Radiologist at Coordinated Health from May 2008 to April 2017 and at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital from May 2006 to April 2008, where Ada Kumar led the Parkside MRI Imaging Center. Earlier experience includes a Radiologist position at NorthShore University HealthSystem from July 2003 to May 2006 and an Assistant Professorship at Northwestern University Medical School in Musculoskeletal Radiology. Educational qualifications include a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Brigham & Womens Hospital, a Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine. Ada Kumar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Northwestern University.
