Winifred Wolderling

Winifred Wolderling-Kuller is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group Director Human Capital/QHSSE at Metito since April 2020, Winifred previously held significant positions at NOMAC as General Manager of Human Resources - International, and at FieldCore with roles including Resource Operations Director for Africa, India & Middle East. Additional experience includes serving as HR Director for the MENA region at Gates Engineering & Services, along with HR management roles at Loyens & Loeff and the Royal Netherlands Embassy. Winifred's career began in the Royal Dutch Navy, where responsibilities included administrative functions. Winifred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Royal Dutch Navy and foundational education from CSB/RSG and 2de Openlucht school.
