Marius Vangen Kvalsvik has over two decades of experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager Project Management and Project & Supplier Manager at Metizoft AS since May 2014, Marius has developed expertise in overseeing complex projects and supplier relationships. Prior to this, Marius held the position of Avdelingsleder at Marine Harvest Group from May 2003 to April 2014, demonstrating significant leadership capabilities. Marius began a career in the industry as a Produksjonsarbeider at MMC Tendos from June 2000 to February 2003, gaining foundational skills and insights into production processes.
