Victoria Day

Victoria Day is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist and HRIS Specialist at Metlang since May 2021, Victoria has managed employee relations across multiple locations and developed performance improvement plans. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Conduit Global, where involvement included high-volume employee relations discussions and payroll corrections, and Recruiter/HR Assistant at Task Us Company, responsible for the New-Hire process and employee relations. Victoria also held positions as an HR Benefits Specialist at Connexion Point and as an Accounting Assistant at 210 Pizza and San Antonio Aquarium. Victoria earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and an Associate of Arts from Northeast Lakeview College.
