Evangelos Kapareliotis

Evangelos Kapareliotis is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as IT Enterprise Platforms Director at Metlen Energy & Metals since July 2017, previous roles include IT CoE Manager and IT Business Partner for Electric Power & Gas Trading. Prior to Metlen, Evangelos held the position of IT Manager at Protergia and Project Manager at HELLAS POWER SA, where responsibilities included managing IT projects related to Greece’s Electricity Market. Early career experience includes roles such as HTSO Charges Analyst at AEGEAN POWER S.A. and Technical Manager at Amperion Greece S.A., overseeing broadband network installations. Evangelos began with a technical advisor role at DCP and network engineering at NTUA for the Greek Schools Network. Educational credentials include a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
