Sara Fideli

Sara Fideli is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Metlen Energy & Metals since June 2022, Sara previously worked as an Independent Management Consultant, advising enterprises on coaching strategies and employee relations from 2016 to June 2022. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at ING, where Sara supported the Group Treasury domain and the Chief Transformation Office, and Vice President of Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing HR strategies for 15 regional manufacturing sites in Europe. Additionally, Sara spent eight years at Coca-Cola Company, culminating as Human Resources Director for the Central & Southern Europe Business Unit. Educational credentials include a certification from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and a Bachelor of Law from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
