Jaime Neto

Jaime Neto serves as the AVP of Product Development & Data at MetLife Brasil since January 2022, overseeing Underwriting, Pricing, Product Development, Data & Analytics, and Pension. Prior to this role, Jaime held the position of Regional Sales Director at MetLife from March 2016 to January 2022, where a significant sales increase of 175% was achieved in four years across the Minas Gerais state, South Region, and São Paulo Countryside. Jaime's career includes leadership positions at ACE Seguros and Itau Seguros, focusing on Large and Global Accounts, and notable achievements in business turnarounds and sales growth. Education includes an EMBA from IESE Business School and various executive programs from Harvard and Columbia Business School, alongside an MBA from FGV. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from PUC Minas.
