Nataly Lopes

Nataly Lopes currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at MetLife Brasil, with previous roles including Learning Partner Lead and HR Specialist. Nataly has substantial experience in the learning and development field, having worked as a Regional Learning Partner for Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France at MetLife Portugal. Prior to joining MetLife, Nataly held various positions at Itaú Unibanco, including Senior Corporate Education Analyst and Mid-level Distance Education Analyst. Nataly began the career in human resources as an Analyst at Contax SA. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and current studies in a Business Program at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with a Business Program at the University of Miami.
