Carlos Mitnik Galant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager/CEO at MetLife Colombia since January 2022, Carlos previously held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales & Distribution at Provida AFP and Vice President - Agency Head for Latin America at MetLife, overseeing 10 lines of business across six countries. Carlos has demonstrated a strong track record in driving sustainable business growth and developing innovative strategies, having successfully led various commercial areas and projects throughout a career that includes roles at Zurich Insurance and HSBC. Carlos holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and has furthered leadership capabilities through programs at Singularity University and Universidad de Belgrano.
